Clear career paths are mapped within sub sections of each functional area, and staff are appraised quarterly. Prior to employment, references are thoroughly checked and Polygraph tests are a condition of employment. New employees complete an induction programme and all supervisory and management staff undergo mandatory Management and Industrial Relations training.
